Just a quick note to say check out the new photos in our Gallery from Whitburn Miners. See you all either at Whistlebinkies (Tues) or Barfly (Weds) this week!

As well as our forthcoming spots at Whitburn (Sat 29th July) and Whistlebinkies (Tues 1 Aug) we are pleased to announce we will be playing Glasgow’s Barfly on Wednesday 2nd Aug - likely to be on stage around 10ish. We’ve added a couple of new tunes to the set which are guaranteed to be rabble-rousing so come on down!

We will also be playing a stripped down accoustic set at the Tartan Heart Festival Fringe in Inverness on Thursday 10th August as part of Tom Morton’s Big (Lunch) Break. This will be an afternoon slot around half two. Northern fans, we welcome you!

The Scuffers are delighted to have hooked up with Doubtful Star Music and will be appearing at their Peebles Showcase on 12th October 2006 along with Dropkick, The Dead Beat Club and others. You can book tickets on the Doubtful Star site. Tickets are £7.

Tickets are also available for 2 other Scuffers gigs - Whitburn on 29th July and Renfrew Ferry on 19th Aug. Tickets are available from the band - both £5.

Hello Everyone,

We’re all over the Central Belt in the next couple of months - a couple of gigs in Edinburgh, including our third visit to Nektar this Friday; a stint back at Whitburn on 29th July; and then back in Glasgow at the Renfrew Ferry on 19th August.

Had a swell June in which we played at the West End Festival - our first outdoor gig - and then a really cool night up at the Liquid Ship. Thanks to Dochan at the ship for having us. Photos from the West End Fest can be found in the gallery.
