The Scuffers

Big Up to Gerry at the Woodpecker for putting The Scuffers, Dropkick & Clair on last night. Truly one of our best gigs ever. I certainly don’t remember being that popular when I was at school, or indeed when I was a regular at the Woodpecker, but the roof was well and truly raised by the return of (two of) Lanark’s infamous sons and their merry band of wanderers. Highlight of the evening was Andrew and Alastair from Dropkick joining us on stage for a rendition of ‘Take me Down’ and then ‘Wagon Wheel’, a number deemed so good it “had” to be played twice! Great fun.
